PhD Topics

Choosing a PhD topic can be difficult, and it has to be something that you are seriously interested in; this will take three years of your life! Hence whatever the topic, it needs to be one that fires you up, not just one that seems to be worthy or important to the world at large. Below are some suggestions of mine; you are welcome to come up with your own as well, but in any case, these are a starting point, and the development of a topic is an interactive process which may take several weeks.
