Scrambled egg

This is just a scrambled egg dish, you literally can't mess this up. If you mess up a simple scrambled egg, you do not deserve to have a kitchen, might as well sell your house cause you ain't using that kitchen of yours. Goddamn.

Eggs
3 whole
Buter
1 Tablespoon
Chives
5 g
Step 1
Ok to start off, crack 3 eggs into a small bowl and whisk using a fork. Don't use a whisk cause you're not a professional chef, you're not gonna look like Gordon Ramsey whisking eggs with a whisk.
Step 2
Now season the eggs in the bowl with a pinch of salt and some cracks of pepper.
Step 3
For a thinner consistency add a small splash of milk to the eggs.
Step 4
Now turn the heat on the stove to low.
Step 5
Add the butter to the pan and wait until it has melted. Try not to cook the butter too much so that it turns brown, this will heavily alter the taste of the eggs when it's cooked.
Step 6
When the butter is melted, put the eggs and and continuously stir.
Step 7
Stir the eggs until curdles form. When you see curdles form take it off the heat and keep stirring.
Step 8
If it cools too much put it back on the heat and keep stirring.
Step 9
After the eggs are done to your liking, put it off the heat and serve on a warm plate to keep the eggs warm.
Step 10
Sprinkle over some chives and salt flakes for added colour and texture.
